sweet 650 sqft one bedroom apt with floor to ceiling windows, a walk in closet, huge bathroom. Building amenities include a gym and roofdeck (no smoking on roof very important). Laundry is on the floor (I will provide laundry card most likely with a remaining balance). Unbeatable location in Brooklyn only 1 block from Barclays Center.
Please note this photo is not our actual apt but the original photo on listing, our apt is the mirror image (bedroom on other side). I have nice ikea furniture including a queen bed w IKEA's version of Casper Mattress, nice white dresser, desk in living room, am currently actually shopping for new couch, once its in I will upload pics of actual apt

In the center of all the best neighborhoods in Downtown Brooklyn area, you are one block east of Barclays and in the heart of Brooklyn's fastest rising neighborhood, Prospect Heights and right next to the Park Slope and Clinton Hill borders, so depending on your mood can walk to the main drags of all three of those excellent neighborhoods. I'm never giving this apt up or moving again which is why I'm on this site for a temporary work placement

Barclays Center - arena where the Brooklyn Nets play as well as major concerts is one block away. Every subway is a block away. Shake Shack, Buffalo Wild Wings, Stop N Shop, Foodtown, SODA (great neighborhood bar), National (best thai in NYC), Maya Taqueria (2nd best burrito in NYC), sushi, chinese all walking distance. Citibikes are in front of the building, is a gorgeous and short bike ride to Manhattan (take Brooklyn Bridge's bike lane).
