We have original 250 year old oak beams, double glazing, underfloor heating, spacious living accommodation including open-plan lounge and dining area with LED Smart TV, fibre optic wifi internet, comfortable leather sofas, dining table and chairs, bookcase with lots of interesting things to read and games to play, Bluetooth CD/DAB radio stereo, a superb fitted kitchen with Turqoise quality units, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, etc. There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with 6'3" x 4'6" standard double bed, two wardrobes, storage and a lovely ensuite shower/toilet... and a twin bedded room with two 6'3" x 3" standard single beds, hanging space and storage, plus a lovely ensuite shower/toilet.
The property is set in a private courtyard far from traffic and noise, a little sanctuary to get away from it all. There is an outside fenced garden area with seating and a table plus a barbecue. Parking is free and plentiful.
