We had a wonderful time at Stephen and Emma’s home. Large, comfortable and clean with amazing views. We really enjoyed sharing the tasks with ‘Grandma’ of feeding the pony, foal, cats and chickens, it made my holiday! Tenby Wells is a lovely town and the local National Trust houses and gardens were a treat. We were left a lovely quiche and salad and bottle of wine something to look forward to after traveling. We also were really lucky with the weather so had a lovely time away. Thank you Stephen and Emma and grandma we have no trouble in recommending an exchange and would love to return at another time.

The Seller's much-loved house was ideal for a family holiday in the country, with a playroom, a large garden and a super kitchen living room. Not to mention delightful children's bedrooms. Emma's chickens provided many a hilarious evening as they gazed down at us like genuine jungle fowl from the upper branches of a tree, when they knew quite well that they were supposed to be in their henhouse sleeping safely, well away from the fox. Set in an idyllic part of Worcestershire, it was hard to understand why anyone living here would want to go abroad.

Our beautiful sea front luxury apartments at 58 Marine Terrace are next to the beach in Aberystwyth. With 180o views of the sea from the bay windows it is a wonderful location any time of year and in any weather!
The 3 apartments are on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors so have amazing views.
Aberystwyth is on the West Cost of Wales, geographically about half way between south & north Wales.
Near to the majestic Snowdonia national park.
This is an ideal base for people who enjoy the outdoors & walking or who just want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life to a very beautiful location.
Aberystwyth has many activities including, victorian cliff side railway, historic castle, pier, promenade walks, beaches with sand, water sports, and of course many walks.

The luxurious sea front apartments are available all year round as holiday lets. We have 2 x 1 bed apartments and 1 x 2 bed apartments. The beds are king sized double.
Flat 3, Elenydd has 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed.
These are available for a simultaneous OR Non Simultaneous Home Exchange.
The apartments are furnished to a high standard with luxury shower rooms, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Entry is by electronic keypad.
Each apartment has a kitchen, diner, living room at the front.
Cleaning post visit can be arranged and swapped.
Heating and hot water is by modern Gas system.
Wifi is throughout. Smart TV’s in each apartment.
Parking is available at the rear.
Cots and high chars available.

Aberystwyth boasts many restaurants (1 Michele starred), bars & cafes all walkable from 58 Marine Terrace.

Local beautiful towns include; Aberaron, New Quay, Aberdovey all about 30 minutes away.

Local bicycle hire & E-Bike hire available. Great cycle routes down quiet country lanes, cycle routes and over hills and mountains!
