Large Georgian Home, nearly 200 years old with original features. Situated on Rock Park in Barnstaple and within walking distance (10 minutes) to the local swimming pool, restaurants and shops in the town centre.

Rock park has a football pitch, large grassy area and children’s play park with an exclusive coastal cycle and footpath stretching 630 miles in total. Very scenic.

We have bikes to use. A private walled garden. Views of the tennis courts on the park from upstairs bedrooms and a BBQ and dining table on a patio in the garden.

We are a very friendly, easy going family who have travelled a lot throughout the World. We are new to this conceit but we have used Airbnb before. We are now looking to share/exchange our experiences.
