Beskrivelse av hjemmet vi tilbyr å bytte bort

Our house is a modern terraced house constructed four years ago. It is spacious, with four storeys, an underground car park and two outdoor patios, one containing a lemon tree and a beautiful jasmine bush. In the basement, there is an office/study area with three computers complete with internet access. The ground floor contains an attractive open plan kitchen (with all appliances) and a comfortable living area, a toilet/shower and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor, there is an ensuite master bedroom, two single bedrooms (with one extra pull out bed available in each) and a bathroom complete with a hydromassage bathtub. On the second floor, there is an extensive play area for children containing an X box One and a wide variety of toys and games. There is also a small toilet.

We live in a quiet, residential area of Huelva, a lively and modern medium-sized city (150,000 inhabitants) in the South-west of Spain. All essential amenities are within walking distance, including a leisure centre, local shops, chemists, bars, cafés, supermarkets and a large shopping centre with cinema, restaurants and all the most important high street stores. We are within a 25 minute walk from the centre of the city, which has an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés and an animated main square. There are numerous organized cultural activities both during the day and at night.

The region of Huelva offers an amazing variety of leisure activities and places of beauty and interest. We are 15 minutes by car from some of the most spectacular beaches and seaside resorts along the incredible Costa de La Luz, such as Punta Umbría, El Portil, El Rompido, Mazagón...where many Spaniards like to spend their summers. The impressive Andalusian capital of Seville is a 50 minute drive away and offers an impressive cultural and gastronomic experience. We are 50 minutes from the Portuguese border and the start of the internationally famous Algarve area. You can also visit the less well known but beautiful mountainous area of the Sierra de Huelva, famous for its delicious hams and cured meats (one hour away.) Don't miss Doñana National Park -45 minutes away by car- an internationally recognized nature reserve which you can visit on a prearranged tour. There are also numerous easily accessible waterparks in the area, which make for an enjoyable family day out as well as the renowned Isla Mágica amusement park in Seville.
