Wellcome to my home description. I renovated the apartment in june 2021 so eveything is totally new. You will have a port and sunset view. Please be aware there is no elevator and you need to go to 4rd floor, but it is totally worthy it because you will be in the heart of Barcelona 15 min from Plaza catalunya and 300 meters from the beach. Amazing area with traditional sailors neighbours and at the same time a very international community around you.

You will see an amazing mixture of traditional families living in the area generations after generations, the yachts people and people visiting the city from all around Europe and beyond. This is a great location to stay close to the see side to go for a walk and at the same time going to have dinner in Gotic or Born areas which are 10 minutes away. Please not that Barcelona, Born and Gotic are the old city in Barcelona close to the see and with super old style and traditional shops.

Barcelona is all about modernism. It means architecture emulates nature. So here are the places to go. The most amazing place I would recommed to visit and its 10 minutes away is Palau de la Musica (Music Palace). Casa Batlo and La Pedrera are also 15 minutes walking. Then Sagrada Familia is 15 minuts by metro. One place that is not so well know but its the major modernist escenario is Hospital Sant Pau. Then you have the Liceu (opera building) and The auditorium with amazing concert both 10/15 minuts by metro. Please be aware that most of the places are very close by metro and bus. And the great thing is that the bus stop is 100 metres from my house.
