Our newly redecorated home is spacious and has an elevated sunny location with sea and mountain views. We live on a very quiet street and have a secluded, private outdoor area with a BBQ and a spa. The kitchen has all new appliances including an induction stove top. French doors open out from the dining room onto a private garden.
The house has three large bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. There is a shower and separate toilet both upstairs and downstairs.

We live in a quiet, well established suburb in a desirable part of Richmond . The house sits on a low hill overlooking a large estuary and beyond to Tasman Bay. It is within walking distance of Richmond township which has become popular for its small restaurants and shopping facilities. There is a small, but beautiful park at the bottom of the hill ( (2 minutes away).

Nelson or "The Top Of The South" is a popular tourist destination. With its superb climate and easy access to stunning beaches, rivers and lakes it offers a wide variety of outdoor pursuits.
We live in Richmond which is 10km south of Nelson City. Nelson /Tasman is a land rich with spectacular scenery,three National Parks and the highest sunshine hours in the South Island.
These include: Abel Tasman National Park Cruises, Artists studios, Aviation- Historic WW2 flights and Pitts Aerobatic flights, Cafes and Restaurants, Craft Brewery Capital of NZ, Cycling, Fresh water and Sea Fishing, Horse back riding, Kayaking, Kite surfing, Scenic walks and drives, Standup paddle boards, Sunbathing/swimming, Wine tasting (25 wineries). World famous Wearable Arts Museum - "WOW". Nelson Saturday Market.
