Our house is down a private lane so it is very quiet and we have lots of friendly neighbours. It is an extremely safe area and away from busy roads. A short walk up the hill gives access to nature trails. If you walk down the hill you will find reserves and river walks as well as cafes and the Christchurch Adventure Park. Cashmere tennis cub and bowls club is a 5min walk away. Cashmere is a 20min drive from Sumner beach, you can also head up and over the hill to Governors Bay. The city centre is a 15min drive with many things to see and do such as parks, museums and theatre.
