Our row house in the quiet village of Erzhausen is near the old village center at the end of a small private cul-de-sac where children can play very nicely and undisturbed. It has a garage that houses bicycles and a ping pong table. In summer there is a round pool with a diameter of 4.60 m. The house has two parking spaces in front of the house.

The living / dining area invites you to linger and in the cold season it becomes even more cozy with a fireplace (wood is available). The piano can be used very gladly.

The kitchen is also very well equipped and has recently been renovated and has new appliances. A fully automatic coffee machine, fondue machine, raclette machine, crêpes maker, waffle iron, Belgian waffle iron, cake pop maker, Monsieur Cuisine (comparable to Thermomix) and smoothie maker are also available.

The bedrooms of the parents and children are tastefully furnished. The children's rooms all have a bed measuring 1.00 x 2.00 m, while the double bed in the parents' bedroom is 2.00 x 2.00 m.

The bathrooms all have a shower and toilet, one bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub. In addition to the bathrooms, there is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The house has two terraces. One is behind the house and has a lounge seating area and a large awning that covers the entire terrace. The second terrace is next to the house with a large canopy and privacy screen to the neighbors and is equipped with a seating area & table for 6 people and a large rollable gas grill and a patio heater. To protect against drafts, there is a side awning on both sides. Additional chairs / bench are available.

The garden is easy to maintain and has a nest swing. Other children's toys (bobby car etc) are available in the garden shed.

7 bikes are available for bike tours (5 x 28, 1 x 26, 1 x 24, 1 x 22).

In summer there is also a round garden pool (diameter: 4.6 m) and a garden shower.
