Our accommodation is quite atypical, very connected to the sea and inspires a real feeling of tranquility. It offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Villefranche-sur-mer and majestic sunsets every evening !
It is a Roof top which directly overlooks the sea with an open outlook. The roof terrace is the real asset of the house since it is 120 square meters, with an outdoor lounge overlooked by a magnificent stone pine, a jacuzzi and a fitness machine (power tower + weights).

The interior has been recently redone : it consists of a spacious entrance, an open kitchen, a large living room bathed in light, a bedroom and a bathroom. Living room, kitchen and bedroom have large windows that allow you to admire the view wherever you are. It is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate 3 additional people if needed (1 sofa for 1 person and 1 high quality queen size inflatable mattress).

The accommodation is well equipped with a professional coffee machine, an oven, a washing and drying machine, a dishwasher, a freezer, but also a quality speaker and many kitchen utensils.
