Our 1 bedroom condo on the third (top) floor, is bright, north facing with a partial city and mountain view and set away from the street. There are only 3 other flats on the same level. All tenants are very quiet. All levels (garage to third floor) are accessible by elevator. The balcony where we often sit on sunny days, and can barbecue nearly year round,
overlooks a quiet newly renovated garden courtyard. There is a smart TV with NETFLIX, and cable. Our kitchen is fitted with modern stainless steel appliances. A good sized pantry also houses a modern washer/dryer. The location is superb—a five minute walk to Granville Island Market, several beaches, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre district. We are also minutes from the waterfront with walking and bike routes. The condo is three minutes from public transit or a twenty-five to thirty minute walk to city centre. From Coal Harbour you can take a quick ferry to North Vancouver, a float plane to Victoria on Vancouver Island. There is also convenient public or coach transit to Stanley Park, UBC, the BC ferry system--(Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast and inside passage), rail station, Skytrain and Canada Line to airport, Vancouver Island, Whistler. The US border is about a forty minute drive. Seattle, San Francisco, Calgary are easily accessible by flight or the VIA rail train trip down the coast. The stunning Okanagan wine region is roughly a four hour drive. Any visitor will see we truly are located in one of the best Vancouver locations.
