We are a family of 4 that loves to travel. I am a high school Vice Principal and my husband is a trainer for Canada Post. Our children are 18 and 20- Caitlin is a dancer and Ben plays soccer and basketball. Our son is in 3rd year university and our daughter just started University this fal. We have done 2 exchanges - one in France and one in Dublin. We are excited to return to Europe in 2024 to visit family and travel around. As a family, we have been to Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Arizona in the US and to England, France, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland and Italy in Europe. Our children may or may not join us.

Our family home is 20 minutes from Downtown Vancouver and 20 minutes from the North shore ski Mountains. We are 20 minutes from the ferry to Vancouver Island (the wild West coast) and 1.5 hours from Whistler Ski Resort. Enjoy meals out on our 400square foot covered deck with views of the city. You are 10-15min from endless trails through the valleys, rivers and mountains of the North shore.
We have 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) - 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 3 singles beds.
There is a self-contained rental suite in the basement that is rented to a long term tenant - a dad and his two children.

Our home is found in Lynn Valley and family friendly Neighbourhood in North Vancouver. The city centre which is a 20min walk from the home has shops, restaurants and a library. We are located on a bus route which takes you downtown in about 50min or by car in about 20 min. Walk out our back door and find endless trails over suspension and fixed bridges through Lynn Canyon and Lynn Headwaters (they include forest, creek side and mountain trails).

From our house it is a 5 min walk to a few shops and then 20 more minutes to Lonsdale with loads of shops, cafes and restaurants. A brewery district is found 30 minutes away with many local micro brewery offerings and just beyond that is Shipyards and Lonsdale Quay - with lots of activities, shops and restaurants.
