My two bedroom home is not big but I think charming, bright and liveable . It is in a quiet safe area near transit and all amenities.
I am only 6 blocks from Vancouver, it is easy to get downtown or to other areas in Vancouver. My location is very good. Lovely
remodelled kitchen. One bedroom has full sized bed, one bedroom a single bed ad third bedroom (den) a pull out sofa. There is
a suite in basement which is rented. It has own entrance and is self-contained. A garage. Stairs both back and front. An Italian area with excellent deli and restaurants.(of various nationalities) Live near Community center and library. You are able to see the North Shore Mountains from my house. I am near the freeway. There is a front and back yard with grass .
