Description:
This double storey home is constructed with a Sandstone exterior and concrete internal walls lined with gyprock. There are five bedrooms, four bathrooms all with built-in cupboards that would comfortably sleep eight people. There is two queen size beds, one double bed, and four single beds.
The upper floor is all bedrooms and a large study. The lower level is a combination of a kitchen, dining room, lounge room, pool room, laundry, two bedrooms, bathroom, water closet, tv room, double carport, pergola and living area. At the edge of the back yard is a small creek with crystal clear water running from the mountains as well as hiking trails up to Mt Archer National Park.
The home has 10 reverse cycle air conditioners to ensure your comfort during your stay. It has four different decks for sunning or relaxing with a good book. The home is located in a quite and secluded area at the base of Mt Archer National Park.
No Smoking or Pets allowed.
