Our home backs up to open parkland. Going out the back gate, you can turn right and walk 10 minutes down to the city park with playgrounds, tennis courts and a small lake with paddle boats. If you turn left out the gate, the trail takes you to the county park with a paved path for walking and cycling around Spring Lake as well as picnic tables and kayak rentals. This path also connects you with Trione-Annadel State Park with over 40 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails spread over 5500 acres.

Santa Rosa, California, is about an hour north of San Francisco. We are centrally located within Sonoma County with Healdsburg a 30 minute drive to the North, the city of Sonoma 30 minutes to the east, and the Pacific Ocean 45 minutes west. We are also surrounded by the Sonoma Wine Country and and hour from the Napa Valley. Being located in a wine region has the added benefit of renowned restaurants.

When entering the house, the first thing you will notice is the relationship with the outdoors. The entire living room, dining room and family room/kitchen are designed to bring the “outside in” with large windows. Backing up to the park allows great privacy and vistas. The house has a large gourmet kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. There is an outdoor gas barbecue right off the kitchen to aid in al fresco dining at the large patio table.

The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with two sinks, shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds next to a bathroom with two sinks and a tub. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The third bathroom has a sink, tub, and separate shower.

Please note, we do have a long term tenant in the studio apartment on the property. She has a separate entrance and will not impact your stay or privacy.
