We'd like you to feel at home! Definitely no smoking and no guests. We also are a "shoes off" house inside. We are as energy conscious as possible and try to conserve water (we're in a perpetual drought in California) and would like to you do the same when you're at our house. We have curbside recycling and compost so properly separating your waste is important. We are on the top floor, so please try to be respectful of our neighbors below in terms of noise.
