Our home is located 7 miles from Palm Springs, California. Our home which is our vacation home is located on a world championship golf course. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We spend much of our time outdoors, and we enjoy having breakfasts on our patio. There is much to do here. You can golf, play tennis, bike ride, hike, shop, and see the famous sights of Palm Springs. We have a wonderful view of the mountains and the golf course. We also have a swimming pool. You can shop at the world famous shops on El Paseo Drive. There are national and state parks just a short drive away. Enjoy the blue sky and sunshine of Southern California. While the summers can be quite warm, many summer visitors play inexpensive golf, play tennis, hike or walk in the early morning hours. In the afternoon, there are many wonderful museums and shops to explore. Summer visitors also enjoy taking the nearby Palm Springs tram to the top of San Jacinto and exploring by foot the forested area there.

We are experienced exchangers, and have exchanged homes 20 times. We are recently retired. I was an attorney and my wife Agnes was an administrator for a State University. We love to travel to all parts of the world.
We also have our main home which is located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, near Portland, Oregon. However, it is not available for an exchange this year.
