Peaceful condo on a small lake in the heart of Palm Desert is available for an exchange of at least 4 weeks. The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, single story end unit, approximately 1100 sq ft. The gated community has three pools, three hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, sauna, and clubhouse. The condo has recently been fully renovated.

Palm Desert is a premier retirement community in southern California. People come here to escape the bad winters up north and frolic in the sun. The climate from October to April is warm and dry and mostly sunny. The summer from May to September is hot and dry. Outdoor activities can be enjoyed year-round. A rental car is necessary if you don't have your own.

Palm Desert is located just south of Palm Springs (20min) in the Coachella Valley of California, between San Diego (2hrs) and Las Vegas (4hrs). The city has many shopping centers, restaurants, and golf courses. There are bicycle trails everywhere. Hiking for people of all abilities can be found in the mountains to the west, and in the Joshua Tree National Park to the east. Los Angeles and Disneyland are two hours west. Mexico is two hours south.
In March, the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament is a fun event to watch. If you are a tennis or pickleball fan, there are many courts in the city available for drop-in play, including at the condo. In April, the Coachella Music Festival attracts music lovers from around the world.
