WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EARLY SUMMER EXCHANGE (LIKELY 2 WEEKS) IN JUNE OF 2022 IN EITHER SWITZERLAND OR BAVARIA. PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ALSO OFFER OUR CONDOMINUM LOCATED IN SAINT AUGUSTINE FLORIDA.
Our Cape style home is located in the small safe seaside town of Hull. We sit on a hill overlooking all of Boston Harbor and the beam from Boston lighthouse sweeps right across the house. We have 2 large decks that overlook the water and we are 2 minutes from one of the most desirable beaches in New England. The city of Boston is a 25 minutes ferry ride away or for longer trips, New York is about 3 hours by train or car. We are also an hour and a half away from all of the beaches and sights of Cape Cod.

Hull is a small town and everything is reachable by bike or walking. We have several parks and an old fort as well as numerous beaches. There are a large number of restaurants within a 10 minute drive and the ferry into Boston is 1.5 miles away.
