**Experienced exchangers! Have over 10 swaps on HE and decided to try something new!** We have a 3660 square foot 5 bedroom, (one of the bedrooms is an exercise room and one is a craft room with a daybed), one is a large kids room with bunkbeds, tv, PS 4, toys, etc, one is a queen sized adjustable bed and office. 5 baths, chef's kitchen, deck with views, and a large fenced backyard. Subdivision pool, parks, kids playgrounds, walking and hiking paths. Master Bedroom has spa attached bathroom also attached to laundry with a 55 inch TV. Living room has 70 inch TV. DirectTV in 4 rooms and fire sticks in rest. Playstation 4 and xbox. DVD players, movies, games etc.
