Beskrivelse av hjemmet vi tilbyr å bytte bort

We have a beautiful, bright, and airy home. We have three bedrooms and three full baths. There is also a bonus room upstairs that has a queen bed and can sleep several more people on airbeds. We have a wonderful and private pool and wet bar in our back yard. We have a lovely bulldog named Daisy. She will not be here for the exchange.
Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a community pool, tennis courts and a playground. We are very well located. The beach is about 15 minutes away as is Delray Beach. We are close to many great restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Car exchange is preferable. We have a VW Tiguan that seats 7.
We love our home and hope to be able to share it with you!

We have a lovely neighborhood. It is beautifully landscaped and very quiet. There is a community pool that is heated, tennis courts, and a small playground.

The beach is only 15 minutes away! Delray Beach is also 15 minutes away. Close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife! West Palm Beach is 15 minutes to our north and Ft. Lauderdale is 30 minutes to our south. North Miami is about 45 minutes south. There are trains that run to West Palm, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. Orlando and Disney about two and half hours northwest of us. Very nearby there are water parks, Japanese Gardens, Botanical Gardens, Palm Beach Zoo, Science museum, children's museums, free music concerts, art festivals, drum circles, and so much more. There is ALWAYS something to do near us.

We have someone who cleans our house. If you do as well, we can swap cleaning services. If not, you can pay for our cleaning person upon departure. We love our home and it is always kept clean and tidy. We will take care of your home as we do ours. Our children are very respectful and conscientious. We hope yours are too!
