Our family home in Boulder, CO is a 2 story home with a full basement and a 2 car garage. It has a comfortable living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, and half bath on the main floor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with mountain views from all the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite and the other bedrooms share a full bath. We have a lovely back yard with a redwood deck off the family room. There is a propane gas grill on the deck for outdoor cooking. In 2021 we transformed an upstairs bedroom into a loft and large deck with impressive mountain views. The new space provides indoor/outdoor living. The house is located close to the mountains with very nice mountain views from most rooms. The Boulder mountain park hiking trails are within a 10 minute walk. Boulder offers many outdoor activities, music, restaurants of all kinds, brew pubs, shopping, and more. The University of Colorado is located here and the university offers additional activities to the public. There are bike paths throughout the city and local buses that run frequently. You can easily walk, hike, bike, or bus anywhere in Boulder. The seasonal farmer's market on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings is a highlight. Boulder is a destination of its own, but is also an excellent home base for exploring the Rocky Mountains and the Western US.
