Beskrivelse av hjemmet vi tilbyr å bytte bort

Our appartment is spacious (150 square meters), well-furnished and offers all kinds of amenties to ensure a comfortable stay. It is situated on a quiet street very close to the city's center and has a beautiful open view. The U-Bahn and bus station are just around the corner and the river Isar with its green environment is within walking distance. We are open to ideas for the Easter holidays and Pentecost (20 May to 3rd of June 2018) in France. In August 2018 we would like to go to Canada or the US.

Old part of town (Isarvorstadt), very green, quiet and yet close to the center and the river Isar. Small shops, good bakeries, supermarkets, health food stores, good restaurants, cafés and a movie theater are all around the corner (max. 3 minute walk). Also close by: the underground station, the main train station and the Marienplatz. We are a 10-minute walk away from the center of town or the river Isar.

Munich offers an incredible array of museums, concerts, theaters, beer-gardens and shopping opportunities! It is also one of the safest large cities in the world. Walking distance to next bus stop: 1 minute, the underground station Goehteplatz: 3 minutes. All cultural attractions are easily reached from our apartment. If you are so inclined, you can also go hiking or skiing in the nearby Alps, or swimming at the river Isar or the nearby public pool.
