We live in a modern and spacious townhouse with 170m² on 3 floors. We have 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper floors and can easily accomodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a 180x200cm king size bed, the upper room has a double 160x200cm bed, and the other two smaller bedrooms have single beds in 90x200cm.
Living / dining room, kitchen and washroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances are all fairly new. We love to cook and therefore have just about anything you will need. Our basement is open and heated, with a large home office with TV and a very comfy sleeping couch for hot summer days, a laundry room with a small Gym with a treadmill, bicycle and a workout station.
Our backyard is small but comfortable, with garden furniture and a BBQ grill for outside dining

Our house is part of residential development with no cars in front of or in between houses, which makes it very safe for kids, healthier and prettier. Private parking is provided. The nearest subway is a short 10 min walk and reaches City Hall in less than 25 minutes on the direct main line. You can park at the station or take the bus which stops in front of our house.
Supermarket, open market, drugstore, pharmacy etc are all within walking distance and up to 2 km away.

Hamburg is our main home and we also have a beautiful holiday home on the beach just an 1.15 hour drive away - please check our second listing!
