We are an open-minded German-French family whose three children (19, 25 and 27) are already studying. In the case of a house swap, probably only the youngest will come along, but it could also happen that the older ones join us. Our two dogs have always been with us so far because they are well-behaved. The older one (11 y. old) has been a schooldog for many years.
We love the outdoors with hiking and jogging opportunities, but also the city if there is an outdoor area not too far away. We also like to be near the water (especially the sea) to swim or just to walk along it. My daughter and I love to bake and cook and are always happy to have a well-equipped kitchen.
We are very open for the destinations and will consider any offer so feel free to send us a message!
Nous sommes une famille franco-allemande ouverte d'esprit dont les trois enfants (19, 25 et 27 ans) font déjà des études. Dans le cas d'un échange de maison, probablement seule la plus jeune nous accompagnera, mais il se pourrait aussi que les plus âgés nous rejoignent. Nos deux chiens ont toujours été avec nous jusqu'à présent puisqu'ils connaissent les bonnes manières. La plus âgée (11ans) a été un chien d'école pendant de nombreuses années.
Nous aimons l'extérieur avec les possibilités de randonnée et de jogging, mais aussi la ville s'il y a un espace extérieur pas trop loin du seuil de la porte. Nous aimons aussi être près de l'eau (surtout la mer) pour nager ou simplement nous promener le long de celle-ci. Avec ma fille, on adore faire de la pâtisserie et cuisiner et nous apprécions toujours une cuisine bien équipée.

We already habe an exchange planned this summer but we are for suggestions in 2025!
We live quietly in the middle of a play street along the nature reserve with a direct connection to the city centre (1/4 hour by tram/bike/car).
Our house has 150 sqm on 3 floors:
1st floor: 3 bedrooms with bathroom and WC.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room and WC - with access to the terrace/garden - bicycle carport - free parking in front of the front door
Basement: Washroom, playroom and handicraft/reading room
In the bathroom there is a shower in the bathtub (accessible by stairs)
Within a radius of 2.5 km:
Free zoo (Mundenhof), two bathing lakes and town centre with shopping facilities and restaurant of Rieselfeld.

Nous vivons au calme au milieu d'une rue de jeu le long d'une réserve naturelle avec une liaison directe vers le centre-ville (1/4 d'heure en tram/vélo/voiture).
Notre maison possède 150 m² répartis sur 3 étages :
1er étage : 3 chambres avec salle de bain et WC
Rez-de-chaussée : cuisine, salon et WC - avec accès à la terrasse/jardin - carport pour vélos - parking gratuit devant la porte d'entrée.
Sous-sol : Buanderie, salle de jeux et salle de bricolage/lecture.
Dans la salle de bain se trouve une douche dans la baignoire (accessible par les escaliers).
Dans un rayon de 2,5 km :
Parc animalier gratuit (Mundenhof), deux lacs de baignade et centre-ville avec magasins et restaurants de Rieselfeld.

We live in a play street in a very young part of Freiburg with many playgrounds in the area and very nice and helpful neighbours.
Very large nature reserve with forest, meadows, swimming lakes and free zoo right on the doorstep. Everything can be reached on foot, by bike or by public transport. In the centre of Rieselfeld (approx. 10 min walk) there is everything you need (supermarket, organic food shops, two pharmacies, a market twice a week, doctors, ice cream parlours and restaurants).
Tram stop directly at the end of the street (approx. 5 min walk), with which you can travel to the city centre of Freiburg and the main railway station.
Nous habitons dans une rue de jeu d'un quartier très jeune de Fribourg avec de nombreux terrains de jeu dans les environs et des voisins très gentils et serviables.
Très grande réserve naturelle avec forêt, prairies, lacs de baignade et parc animalier gratuit juste devant la porte. Tout est accessible à pied, à vélo ou par les transports en commun. Dans le centre de Rieselfeld (environ 10 min à pied), il y a tout ce dont on a besoin (supermarché, magasins bio, deux pharmacies, un marché deux fois par semaine, des médecins, glaciers et restaurants).
Arrêt du tram directement au bout de la rue (environ 5 min à pied), avec lequel on peut se rendre au centre-ville de Fribourg et à la gare centrale.

Less than 10 min by car there are the famous thermal baths (https://www.keideltherme.com/) and around 15 min by car the Roman thermal bath (https://www.bad-krozingen.info/en).
By bus, train or regional train almost all mountains of the Black Forest can be reached. By car, Titisee, Europapark, Breisach, France (Alsace, Colmar, Strasbourg, etc.) and Switzerland (Basel, etc.) can also be reached in less than an hour.
À moins de 10 minutes en voiture se trouvent les célèbres thermes (https://www.keideltherme.com/) et à environ 15 minutes en voiture les thermes romains (https://www.bad-krozingen.info/en).
Presque toutes les montagnes de la Forêt-Noire sont accessibles en bus, en trame ou train régional. En voiture, il est également possible de se rendre à Titisee, Europapark, Breisach, en France (Alsace, Colmar, Strasbourg, etc.) et en Suisse (Bâle, etc.) en moins d'une heure.

We would like to find our house as we left it. We will use your house with its belongings with love and care and would expect the same from you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to leave our dogs somewhere else at the moment so we can only travel with them but be assured that they are well-behaved and have done many travels via Airbnb and now Homelink. We take special care in making sure that the apartment is left without any dog hair :-)
Nous aimerions retrouver notre maison telle que nous l'avons laissée. Nous utiliserons votre maison et ses objets avec amour et soin et nous souhaiterions que vous fassiez de même. Les chiens bien éduqués sont les bienvenus.
Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas laisser nos chiens ailleurs pour le moment et nous ne pouvons donc voyager qu'avec eux, mais soyez assurés qu'ils sont bien élevés et qu'ils ont fait de nombreux voyages via Airbnb et maintenant Homelink. Nous veillons tout particulièrement à ce que l'appartement soit laissé sans aucun poil de chien :-)
