As experienced home exchangers, we love this type of vacation. My house is small, but cute and cozy. The bedroom with king size bed and a large combined living and dining room offer space for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. In summer we like to enjoy the evenings on the large terrace or in the garden. The area invites to nice walks or bike tours (bicycles available). It is also possible to use my car.
There are two cats living in the apartment, which I don't want to live in either. The supply is not necessary.
The city center with its cozy historic old town district is 3.5 miles away and easy to reach by car, bus or bike. In the university district (2.5 miles) you will find many nice cafés and pubs.
The location of Braunschweig enables many interesting excursions: the Harz Mountains (1 hour), Wolfsburg with Autostadt and Phaeno Museum (0.5 hours), Berlin and Hamburg (2.5 hours).
