Our well renovated 19th century home is located in the vivid, urban neighbourhood of Prenzlauer Berg, right in the heart of Berlin. Most of Berlin's famous sites are reachable within a 5km distance. Our apartment (76 sqm) is ideal for up a couple. Depending on time and availability we can expand the space with a guest apartment same floor/next door.

The larger of the two apartment (76 sqm), accommodates 2 people (plus 1 on a guest bed). It has a large living room with free-standing kitchen island and dining area. There is 1 bedroom, 1 fully featured bathroom with a large shower, plus a spa room with a free-standing bathtub. The bedroom faces towards the quiet backyard and has a queen sized bed. Add to this the private balcony and community garden, and you have the perfect place enjoy Berlin.

The smaller apartment (41 sqm) accommodates 2 people, has a large combined living and bedroom, with a queen size bed, facing the small neighbourhood street with minor traffic. Additionally, it includes a private balcony and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom features a stylish free standing bathtub and a separate shower.

We live in the lively Kiez of Prenzlauer Berg, a short distance from most of Berlin’s well-known tourist attractions. On top you stay right in the heart of a picturesque neighbourhood, often described as the “Notting Hill of Berlin” (https://www.tripsavvy.com/prenzlauer-berg-berlin-neighborhood-4155663). Visit the cafés, chose one of the great restaurants/bars or just relax in our community garden.

And if it rains and you hate museums? Sorry, no TV, but both apartment are filled with interesting (engl & German) books from Berlin, German history and my global travels in business, arts, & history.

Probabyl needless to say, we like if you treat our home like you treat yours. One tiny local specialty: Berlin's old town houses have pinewood floors, which don't cope too well with shoes. Walk on socks, or take from the disinfected slippers at the entrance, like all Berliners do.
