Nice big house with a beautiful garden, located in the green, villas- part of Berlin (Zehlendorf).

Downstairs the big living room with wintergarden, kitchen and a bath with shower, as well as a separate room for shoes and clothes. First level are two beautiful kids rooms with lots of toys, 2 bathrooms and home office room. Second level is the parents master room (accessable with a ladder!). In the basement is another home-office room/guest room which fits 2 people.
Outside a carport, 2 sheds and a garden house, with a sauna and an option to sleep.
We have a car which could be used.

The neighborhood was built in the 1930s, beautiful lakes in just a 10-min bike ride, jogging tracks start at the house, a lot of nature around. It's quite and save, but Supermarket and Restaurants are only a 5 min walk away. The bus stop is 50 m from the house, so you can leave 2 min before the bus comes ;) and of course the bus runs all night. So it's very convenient if you want to have the city available but also like to have a BBQ in the garden.
