The flat is in the front building, is bright and has a few, its in the 4th floor of an so called 'Altbau', a charming house with high ceilings and a wooden floor. Windows are isolated and thus the flat is quiet! The location is very central in the green and vibrant area of Berlin Kreuzberg, a multicultural neighbourhood with a lot of charming coffees& restaurants, also different parks and green spaces are in the very area of the flat. Downstairs theirs a scare with a small, open air eco-market (4x per week). The recreation space of the former airport Berlin Tempelhof can be reached by bike or foot easily. The kanals and side arms of the Spree river are around the corner, so you are also surrounded by water! We can offer bikes for rent as well.
