It´s 82 m2 typical flat from Berlin in an old building. It has two bedrooms, one of them is the boy´s room. It has a bunk of 2x2m, a sofa bed, a desk, a playstation and a lot of Lego. The other bedroom, which is ours, is also the baby´s bedroom, the office and some kind of living room. It has a desk as well, a TV and a changing desk for the baby. The bed mesures 180x200cm. There is another mattress underneath our bed which can be used for an additional sleeping guest.
The living room is also dining room because the kitchen is very small. But you can find everything you need for your everyday life. The heart of our flat is the garden. It´s more a terrace with a green part which, by now, is only used by the dog. Nevertheless there is enough space to enjoy a meal, chill out in the hammock or join the kids in the little sand box. Although we live on a quite important street, you don´t hear the noises of it. There is the suburban train which passes behind our garden, but when windows are coled, you don´t nearly hear it.
