My beautiful 64 qm2 Apartment is perfekt for one or two people (three people might also be possible, I have an extra mattress). The apartement located in the east of Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) in a very friendly and and charming neighbourhood with lots of caffes, restaurants and shops near by. You walk 7 minutes to the next sbahnstation, same to the Metro and the Tramstation. You can also walk to the Humboldhain and to the Mauerpark, where on sundays is a big fluemarket. I dont have a tv in my apartment but i have a Computer with Wifi and a washingmashine. I also have a Piano, and i would prefer to have one in the exchanceapartment too. If thats not possible, please dont hesitate to contact me anyway.
