Our home is a detached house, with an emphasis on natural wood creating a pleasant warm ambiance.There is a fairly large flower filled, south facing, all season garden, with swings and benches for each compass point. We are 10 minutes walk from the beach and one minute from the cliff path linking Sandown and Shanklin, with its beautiful views over the Bay

We have two guest rooms upstairs; one with a double bed and the other with a double and a single

In the garage is a small gym with treadmill, bike, rowing machine, weights and bench plus two adult bikes. There are a number of toys for younger children, various beach items plus a large box of Lego

We are just 3 hours door to door from London Waterloo via direct train to Portsmouth Harbour, with connecting ferry and local shuttle train to Shanklin. The most convenient airport for the Island is Gatwick, with its regular direct train link to Portsmouth Harbour
