A modern style (new in 2020) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mobile home comprising open plan Living room/kitchen, shower room with walk in shower, basin and toilet and a double bedroom with king-size bed, large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom comprising bath with shower over, basin and toilet. A 2nd bedroom with twin beds has a small wardrobe and a good size private decking is accessed via the lounge or steps leading from the private carparking space. The mobile home is in a quiet area of the site with a stream running alongside with views over the bordering fields.

The living room has a comfortable 2 seater leather sofa and matching chair all with electronic recliners and a separate comfortable chair. The large flat screen TV has access to Freeview channels as well as Netflix. Wi-Fi access is also available throughout the mobile home and there are google echos in the living room and master bedroom.

The site has a lot of facilities including indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, cafe, shop, clubhouse bar/restaurant with evening entertainment, children's play area and outdoor swimming pool. Please note some facilities are not available during the winter months. There is also a surf school on site where you can book surfing lessons at the local Porth beach and hire wetsuits and surf boards etc.

The seafront with large sandy beach, popular with surfers is just a 15 minute walk from the site where you can sit and relax, swim in the sea, stop for a coffee, snack or meal in the coffee shack, restaurant or local pub all overlooking the picturesque beach and cove. There are a great many quaint villages and historic harbour towns within easy reach as well as attractions such as the Eden project with it's gigantic geospheres. Newquay is only 2 miles away.
