Beautiful house in one of Glasgow’s finest neighbourhoods. Everything was just perfect. Felt like being at home as soon as we arrived. So many positives to list and we are very lucky to have arranged a home swap with Kelvin and Moira. When I do move back to Scotland I sincerely hope I live in house and area as good as this. We had a short break in Glasgow which proved very successful. The house is close to all transport links into the city with a number of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. We were able to take full advantage of all that was on offer locally as well as having easy access to more cultural activities like visiting the world renowned Burrell Collection.Glasgow is a thriving vibrant city and we would thoroughly recommend an exchange with Moira and Kelvin for a city break which is also close to more rural beautiful countryside.

We had a really good time in Kelvin and Moira's home. It's stylish and comfortable, and was really well prepared for our stay. The house is on a really quiet road, and sitting in the delightful garden was a real pleasure, particularly after a busy day. It's perfectly situated to visit the city, the train station is only a few minutes walk away. The Trossachs (great for walking) is less than thirty minutes drive, so we alternated a day in the city with a day in the stunning countryside. Perfect! Thank you Kelvin and Moira, we really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home.

A Great Exchange and wonderful holiday in Scotland !! The house is in a quiet street and in a perfect location both for visiting Glasgow city centre (10 minutes by train) and Edinburgh (1 hour and 20 minutes by train) + other parts of Scotland . The house is large , modern , warm and comfortable ! More than this, it is very well equipped and we have been really happy as it was spotless perfectly clean everywhere !! Kelvin and Moira are (like us) experienced travellers and communication has been very good , with very useful suggestions for our stay and holiday ! The house guide is extremely detailed , as well as all the info about the surroundings ! We have found plenty of touristic guides and leaflets ! We made previous agreements on a few aspects and we have exactly found everything as agreed (and more ..!) !! Thank you for making us feel "at home" in your lovely house !! We recommend this couple and house for a 5 star Exchange in the wonderful and magic Scotland ! :-))
