We have a spacious, modern villa in Spain and an old refurbished farmhouse in France. The pictures show our house in Estepona, Spain. We recently bought the house and had it refurbished. It consists of 2 separate apartments. the top floor has a lounge, modern kitchen and 3 bedrooms, one en suite bathroom and one other bathroom. The downstairs apartment has a new kitchen, lounge, huge study, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool is accessible from this area. The garden is 1400 m2 and the house is situated in a quiet, very green neighbourhood. The beach is within easy reach by car (about 4 minutes). Estepona is a lovely ‘pueblo blanco’ with beautiful wide beaches and a lovely boulevard with lots of nice restaurants.
We also have a restored farmhouse in France, north Ardeche, 60 minutes south of Lyon, containing a restored four-bedroom house, a gite and a loft on a 10 acre terrain.
