Our home is a large spacious detached child friendly home situated within a walled garden. The bedrooms are laid out as 3 doubles and one single with two of the doubles having an en-suite bathroom. Our son's room is a large single room with an additional bed if required. This room also has a built in carpeted small den in the eves, so great for the explorers among you!

Downstairs there is a large spacious sitting room looking out over the fields, office with internet access, family bathroom, kitchen, play room, utility room and dining room which has patio doors out onto the garden and faces the Cumbrian Mountains.

We have plenty of toys ranging from Sylvanian families, Lego, Play Mobil, books, and dressing up clothes to craft activities. Outside we have a swing and a Wendy house that the children love to play in. We also have a high chair if required.
