Welcome to our comfortable family home near the center of Oslo in one of Oslo’s best areas. (Oslo vest, Ullern) Our house was built in 1958 but it is newly renovated. We love colors and light, though our house has a lot of windows and some unusual colors. It is very comfortably and cosy. “Hyggelig”, we call it in Norwegian.
We lived here with our 2 kids, but now only we to are living here.

We have a nice garden with many areas to sit, drink and eat and exploit the long evening sun in the Norwegian summers. We have sunlight til 10 pm still can read the newspapers at 12 pm.
Public transport is near and the tram takes 12 minutes to Oslo Central Station. Change of car is possible.
Our home has 185 m2. A ground floor with a very spacy and well-equipped kitchen with a huge dining area. 2 living rooms, both with a fireplace are on the ground floor as well, as one bathroom with a shower.
In the first floor we have three sleeping rooms, one with a very big beds 2,00m*2,00m, one with a 1,40m*2,00 bed and one with a 1,00 *2,00 bed. In the last one we can put in an other matrass as well. In this floor we have the main bathroom as well, with a shower and a bobble bad.
In the basement is the washing machine, a dryer and another guestroom/ living room with a sofa bed. Her we although have a sauna, which is wonderful after skiing in winter.
