Married now for nearly 60 years, have enjoyed 35 odd home exchanges all over the world, and every one a wonderful experience. We are in our mid to late 70s now, fit and well - no intention of stopping travel. Love meeting people. 3 adult kids 11 grandchildren, fortunately they all live close to home.

We have enjoyed exchanges all over the world, and every one has been a wonderful experience.
OUR HOUSE is in a "gated community" offering security, a heated indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, Lawn bowls, Library, snooker tables, and plenty of social activities. Wonderful friendly and helpful neighbours.
OUR HOME - is modern,(New)with all the expected "mod cons" it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - Ultra modern Kitchen - Open plan living - Dining - Lounge with great indoor/outdoors flow - big covered patio - Centrally heated and cooled - Gas fire and Plasma TV with Sky TV (50 channels)-10 min walk to pubs - cafes - banks - Supermarket and shops.
TAURANGA AND THE BAY OF PLENTY - has beautiful beaches with safe swimming, lots of activities and close to many tourist activities such as the Coromandel Peninsula, the Rotorua thermal area, and the world Hobbit capitol, bush walks, beaches and much much more.

We live in a "Gated Community" modern individual homes with all the facilities you can desire, a Safe environment plus easy access to all facilities. Large shopping complex 10 min walk away. The Bethlehem Country Club has a heated indoor swimming pool, Gym, Library, Out door Bowls arena, a beautiful club house and much more.
Public Transport available directly outside our house - Large shopping complex including dining, banks, super market etc short walking distance. (7min) An abundance of Golf Clubs within easy reach. (Golf clubs available) Lots of nature walks and bike tracks directly from home, a choice of beautiful beaches a short 15 min drive. Tauranga boasts the best weather and most sunshine hours in New Zealand

Beautiful beaches, walking/biking tracks, mountain walks, within an hour's drive, caving, thermal tourist areas, volcanic activity, rivers, lakes, deap sea fishing and diving. Restaurants aplenty of every standard. Usual city amenities. Plus all the amenities offered within our Village such as heated pool, gym, out door bowls, library etc. Extensive shopping area 15 min walk from home.

We do live in a "Gated Community" with all the facilities and activities it offers, our house is a free standing single dwelling of 3 bedrooms - modern new and warm and sunny. All we have is available for your use, bikes, golf clubs etc. definitely NO SMOKING. All the gardens are taken care of, secure gated community with extremely friendly and helpful neighbours.
