Relax in a spacious family home in central Christchurch (use of Master bedroom negotiable).
Well located: a 10-minute drive from the airport & to the central city. A 10-minute walk to classy Merivale - cafes, shops & St Georges Hospital. Two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double & single bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The sunroom room has a queen pull-out couch. You could sleep up to 7! There is one bathroom with shower, separate toilet & laundry. A full kitchen plus an outdoor seating area.
This is a large, open plan home, architecturally designed by the famous Christchurch architect, John Trengrove. The rooms are light, with high ceilings.

The house situated in one of Christchurch's premium suburbs. The neighbourhood has lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. Within 10-minutes walk, you can be in the central park and beautiful Botanic Gardens.

Christchurch is a coastal city of a population just under 400,000.
Within an hour’s drive East of Christchurch you will be at the seaside where all kinds of watersports take place.
Within a half hour’s drive South/East of Christchurch you will be on top of the Port Hills & experience great views of the city & its main Port, with possible hiking & mountain biking.
Within an hour’s drive West you be in amongst mountains, lakes & braided rivers.
Within an hour’s drive South you will experience most of the above.
The city itself, fully caters for the travelling public with its art galleries, museums, restaurants, café’s to name a few.
