We love our warm and roomy home, so close to the city in one of the best and diverse neighborhoods of Utrecht, ideal for our family of four.

We have a modern, spacious and child-proof home with an open kitchen and large living room. Recently remodelled, to include a second full bathroom, solar panels, floor heating, full air-conditioning and strong wifi on all three floors.

Over the past years, we completely renovated our home from an old 1908 family home to a very modern city home that can accommodate 6 people.
- We have build a very spacious living room with open kitchen and lots of natural light, seating for 6 adults and 2 kids at the dinner table and a comfy couch, a restroom, a kitchen bar and fully equipped kitchen
- a 1st floor with 2 spacious kids rooms and family bathroom with a generous bathtub, shower and bidet toilet
- a 2nd floor with a master bedroom and a convenient home office/ guest room and a second bathroom with a shower and bidet toilet

We have a small private garden to sit and enjoy our grapes, raspberries, apples and strawberries in summer. A small shed including our bikes (which you can use if you wish) and full washer/dryer combo and all the storage you need.

Next to this, we have a hidden gem: we share a private square with some neighbors which is ideal for kids and includes a trampoline and picnic area and can only be accessed with a key.

This is our much loved oasis in the lovely and lively city of Utrecht.
