Quiet house with park view and garden, birds will wake you in the morning if you keep the windows open. Our garden has a park view, it feels very private as the canal between our garden and the park is more than 20 meters . wide. You can choose whether you want to sit in a shady place or in the sun next to the water.
Recently renovated with modern kitchen, double glazing and energy efficient heating. Upstairs we have one spacious bedroom for a couple and a study with a bed for a single person, we can add another bed if needed. We love design, we collected our furniture at auctions and fleamarkets.
We have many plants indoors with special watering systems for easy maintenance.
Quite unusual for Amsterdam is that we have two private parking spaces, so you do not have to pay parking fees. To visit the city however, we recommend to use public transport or use bicycles.
