Me and my wife are self employed and have a clinic where my wife is a micropigmentation and Microblading specialist and I am a specialist in some medic aesthetic treatments and we own some rental properties in Playa del Carmen. We have two kids, one is our son who is 20 years old and our 7 year old daughter. We have a tiny chihuahua and as a family we love to travel and see new places. We are very experienced with the housing industry and know what its like to put your home in the hands of others so we take care of everything as if it were our own.

The neighbourhood is relatively new and mas built around 4 years ago. There is 24 hour security and the mayority of the people who live there are families who tend to be quiet. The área is very safe and tranquil.

The house is located about 10min from the beautiful terqoise caribbean ocean full of local shops, restaurants and cafés. Puerto Morelos is about 30min from Cancun to the north and 30min from Playa del Carmen to the south, there is a ton of water activities like diving, snorkelling, boating etc, mayan ruins, shopping, golfing and much more to do!
