Victoria is a coastal city of 300,000 at the southern end of Vancouver Island, a short ferry ride from Vancouver and the U.S.A. The city has at least half a dozen theatres, countless restaurants, an interesting museum, wonderful gardens, over 100 km of bike trails -- we have two bikes -- numerous golf courses and many other attractions. In addition the island provides a wonderful wilderness experience within easy reach of Victoria, including hiking, cycling, whale-watching, fishing, diving and canoeing.

Our home is a 1912 "character" house in a well-established neighbourhood, convenient to downtown, the ocean and tourist attractions.
