Hi there! We are a family of five, but our two eldest are now adults and living their own lives. I (Jennifer) have been working in a primary school for the last 18 years as the Director of Admissions and Communications and Jeff is a VP of Operations at a local non-profit. Our 16-year old son is a high school American-style football player and is extremely mature. Our daughter is moving to Australia in November and we hope to visit her in spring. Definitely Jeff and I will travel; it is unclear if Jackson will join us.

Our home boasts four large bedrooms on the top floor. The master has a queen bed, dressing room and en suite with shower. There is another bedroom with a queen size bed and the two other bedrooms have double beds. There is also a full-size bathroom on the third floor.
The main floor has an open living room/study/dining room which leads to a spacious kitchen with every kitchen utensil imaginable (we're big cooks) and a huge family room off the kitchen where children/guests lounge and play while dinner's being prepared. There is a beautiful backyard (with Japanese style garden) that can be accessed from the family room and the dining room. The main floor has a powder room (toilet and sink) as well.
There is a garage off the main floor which houses a ping pong table, laundry, bicycles and sports equipment.

We live in one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Vancouver! Steps away from Pacific Spirit Park, with its 54 km of trail, our home is located near the magnificent University of British Columbia, which is easily accessible by public transport, bike or our car.
We are also close to one of the most popular/best public golf courses and you are free to borrow our clubs: https://vancouver.ca/parks-recreation-culture/mccleery-golf-course.aspx

The University of British Columbia is under a 10-minute car ride from our home. Visit their website to see all the fun attractions available to visitors. Due to our location, we are within 20-minutes of most Vancouver attractions. You can also easily visit Grouse Mountain, Cypress Mountain and Whistler with our car.
