A wonderful apartment 10 minutes from the beaches and from the harbour of the Mediterranean Sea. It's a quiet place in a residential area with nice neighbours close to incredible Rome (1 hour). Come and see Italian history, lifestyle, wine and food, culture and wonderful nature in one place.

The town is purely Italian with some 50.000 inhabitants. Our apartment is right between Nettuno with its beautiful old town and ancient Anzio, home of Emperor Nero.

Less than 2 hours to Naples and one hour into the mountains to beautiful spots like Sermoneta or the nearby Abruzzen mountains.

We offer a flat in a quiet building. The 1 or 2 bedrooms easily sleep 2-4 people. Large livingroom with a fire place, air conditioning plus a cool wind in the evenings. There's a shaded terrasse and a beautiful garden with apricots, lemons and flowers.

Two foldable bikes can be used for perfect travelling into the town centres or to the beaches.
