Spacious and bright apartment over 3 storeys, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, overlooking the beautiful Howth Marina, located 20 minutes outside of Dublin City
Centre. With a bus service right outside the door and the DART rail service down the road, you will have no trouble accessing any part of Dublin City!
Our home was recently fully renovated and has an airy, fresh feel across all 3 floors!

From the house it is only a short walk to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs. Behind the apartment is a glorious loop walk up to Howth Head. There are 3 trails from easy to difficult. Beaches are also within a short walk. Two pier walks are wonderful. one takes you to the lighthouse and the other along a stretch of restaurants, leading to the open sea. The yacht club is across from the apartment. You can see all the activities of the yachts and associated activities.
The DART tram service is only 5 minutes walk away and brings you straight into Dublin City Centre within 20 minutes. The DART can also bring you to Bray and Greystones, two coastal towns with glorious walks, cafés and restaurants.
