The studio is located at the second floor, You have the option to open the doors both as the front and the back. At the back you have a little terras. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, a washmachine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a tosti machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and toilet. The studio is perfectly suited for a couple.

Our studio is located in Old-West, a popular dynamic trendy neighborhood nearby the center with locals and tourists alike. It is a vibrant place with hipster shops, various coffee places, nice restaurants. You need a 600 meters walk for the Vondelpark, The 'Leidseplein is 1.6 kilomters away and It is less than a 15 minutes walk from the famous Foodhallen. The comfortable studio has a warm look, a perfect place to relax after a busy day sightseeing Amsterdam. (The studio has no shared facilities.)

- Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony.
- I don't want pets in the house.
- It is not desirable that there are house parties.
- Keys are not loaned out.

- If you use the heating, you can set the temperature yourself. When sleeping or when you are away for a long time it is desirable to turn the depletion to 15 degrees.
