This is a newly renovated two bedroom apartment on the top floor of a house from the late 19th century. The apartment, overlooking the Mediterranean, is conveniently located close to the beach, shops, restaurants, buses and trains to Nice, Cannes and Monaco and the surrounding area.
The apartment is very bright and nice with high ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, quality pots and pans and new kitchen appliances.
The living room faces south and is sunny and lovely all day. It is furnished with dining table with seating for up to ten people. A sofa and two armchairs invite to cozy moments.
As there are plenty of windows, you can get a refreshing cross-ventilation during the hot days of summer. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs for two. There you can enjoy your breakfast coffee and your freshly baked croissant. Master bedroom has windows to both east and south and offers a wonderful view of the sea and the village. There are two bathrooms with toilet and shower.
Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. The apartment is also equipped with central heating. The apartment is a second floor walkup.

A charming sixteenth century fishing village within a 10 minutes bus ride to Nice and a 15 minutes train to Monaco. Stroll the quaint ‘streets’ of the old town of Villefranche Sur Mer, sampling local French cuisines, shopping at unique shops, visit the multiple museums in the old Citadelle, and end your stroll with a seaside aperitif.
The beach in Villefranche Sur Mer is rated in the top tier of beaches in Europe and you have easy walks to numerous other spectacular beaches. There are many small boat rentals and scuba shops in Villefrache Sur Mer and on Cap Ferrat. Stunning seaside and mountain walks covering the distance from Antibes to Menton. There are extensive marked bicycle paths for riders. You can follow the paths of professional riders.

There is something for everyone in Villefranche Sur mer. For the outdoor enthusiasts, we have beaches, water sports, hiking, biking and seaside paths in abundance. The AllTrails app has comprehensive maps and guides to all the hikes and rides you can possibly do including the world-famous stroll around Cap Ferrat. Which by the way, you can see from the apartment. The app is easy to use. When I’m off for a walk, I use the app to find a marked trail, it’s great.
For the more urban traveler, we have Nice, Monaco, Antibes, and Cannes within 30 minutes by walk, bus or train, with all of the restaurants, walks, museums and galleries you could possibly desire.

We deliver the apartment freshly cleaned and we request that our guests use our cleaning person at 150 Euro at the end of the stay. Cleaning service is available for additional cleaning during your stay. We do not have a car, the public transportation works very well.
