Located in Montparnasse, famous artistic area. The apartment has 4 pieces on the 7th floor’ it is very quiet with a view on La Tour Eiffel. The apartment is very well located in Paris "rive gauche" easily reached : Saint Germain des près, Le musée d'Orsay, the store Le Bon Marché, Saint Michel and Le quartier Latin, le Luxembourg… La rue de la Gaité with it's theaters. The "Rive Droite where is located the Opéra Garnier, Le Grand Palais and it's exhibitions, without forget Le Louvre obviously, is easily reach too at few stations (bus or metro).
The bus 58 down the block will bring you to the Châtelet , the banks of the Seine… Les Champs Elysées by the 92 (at 5 minutes walking). Actually others parts may be less known and charming are not far (13th arrondissement…). I'll give your my favorite addresses. Actually, all Paris is my neighborhood, because Paris is not a big city, you can almost crossed it on foot! However around the house there is a lot of bistros, restaurants, the famous market on rue Daguerre…the bistro L'imprévu with his terrace under the trees, at 100 meters, is a charming place, not touristic, to have drink after a long day touring the city, also Chez Félicie or Cocottes or Les Artistes.
