We will be welcoming you in our family home in the inner city of Nice. As you can tell by the pictures, we like it colorful! There are two bedrooms with a double bed on a mezzanine each and there's a sofa in the living room that sleeps two. We love to cook so you will find a kitchen rigged with everything you need, from the food processor down to the spices. Our home is a 15 min walk from the beach, right near the old town, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, theaters, the modern art museum, the public library and city parks. It is very easy to reach with the airport bus or the tram that comes from the train station. One of the best things about the neighborhood being that everything can be done by foot.

Ours is a trendy and busy neighborhood in which everything is connected. The Place Garibaldi and the Place du Pin are a five minute stroll away, right next to the old town with it's narrow winding pedestrian streets, excellent restaurants, shops, local markets and baroque churches.

We are used to lending or renting our flat and we appreciate the exchanges. To us trust is a central matter. We take off our shoes when we enter and tend to be clean and tidy in general. The adults at least! We do not smoke inside, but there's a place to do so outside. We have a guinea pig which you can care for if you appreciate so. Otherwise he has a second home.
